We specialize in scalable cloud-native solutions, AI-powered applications, and enterprise-grade digital transformation initiatives across India, MENA, and Southeast Asia. We are looking for an experienced and proactive DevOps Lead to drive cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, deployment reliability, and operational excellence across our engineering teams. Role Overview Job Title: DevOps Lead Experience: 5–7 Years Location: Bangalore / Hybrid Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, deployment, and release management. Lead infrastructure automation initiatives using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Manage containerization and orchestration platforms including Docker and Kubernetes. Monitor system performance, uptime, and reliability using monitoring and logging tools. Collaborate closely with development, QA, and security teams to streamline release and deployment processes. Implement DevOps best practices for scalability, performance optimization, security, and disaster recovery. Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment-related issues across environments. Ensure cloud infrastructure complies with organizational security and governance standards. Mentor junior DevOps engineers and drive technical best practices within the team. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5–7 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering roles. Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as: EC2 S3 IAM VPC RDS Lambda CloudWatch ECS/EKS Route 53 Experience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps. Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Hands-on expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Experience with Linux administration and shell scripting. Good understanding of networking, system architecture, and cloud security best practices. Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Skills AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer) are an added advantage. Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Familiarity with security and compliance practices in cloud infrastructure.
