The purpose of this role is to lead DevOps team to facilitate better coordination among operations, development and testing functions by automating and streamlining the integration and deployment processes

1. Strong Linux skills (proper hands-on of using commands and scripting) as most of the applications runs on file system.
2. Above average SQL skills. Should be able to write basic queries using SQLs using joins, sub-queries, DMLs and DDLs.
3. Monitoring tools knowledge and experience in Splunk, Dynatrace or any tools
4. L2 PROD Support experience (aware of ITSM Process and tools) – Workorder/Incident/Change/Problem management
5. Good to have – Release management with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins), Added advantage - (kubernetes, docker, any cloud)
6. Basic knowledge in Java Application support/API support/Batch support
7. Show interest to do automations in scripting (Unix/Python)
8. Good and confident communication skills and Positive learning attitude
