REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial capacity
Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
Expertise in infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
Deep knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with version control (Git), artifact repositories, and deployment strategies (blue/green, canary)
Solid understanding of networking, DNS, firewalls, and security protocols

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Certifications (e.g., Azure Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA/CKAD)
Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., HIPAA, PCI, SOC2)
Exposure to observability platforms and chaos engineering practices
Background in agile/scrum environments

SOFT SKILLS:

Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal

Lead the DevOps team and define best practices for CI/CD pipelines, release management, and infrastructure automation
Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
Manage and optimize cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for cost, performance, and security
