Develop and maintain detailed release calendars, plans, and timelines for all software deployments. Coordinate and manage multiple, concurrent releases across various environments, including testing, staging, and production.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, IT Operations, DevOps, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of releases.
Lead and facilitate Go/No-Go meetings, identifying and resolving last-minute challenges.
Ensure alignment of release activities with organizational goals and release windows.Process Compliance and Documentation?
Ensure all releases follow the defined SDLC and Change Management processes.
Provide complete and auditable documentation to support internal controls and audit reviews.
Participate in CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings and secure necessary approvals for production releases.
Create and maintain release-related documentation, including Release Notes, Implementation Plans, and evidence artifacts.Deployment and Quality Assurance
Lead the execution of deployment activities, ensuring minimal risk and downtime.
Partner with Engineering and DevOps teams to drive automation and continuous improvement in the release pipeline.
Monitor release performance and manage any incidents during the warranty/support period.
Support and promote the adoption of Agile practices (Scrum and Kanban) across teams to enhance delivery cadence and operational efficiency.
