Exceptional work ethic and time management skills, ability to work well independently and as part of a team, good prioritization skills Ability to establish and maintain constructive working relationships with peers and cross-functional team members from a variety of business functions Ability to improve personal capabilities and skills under changing technology environments Positive, pleasant, customer focused attitude and result oriented Good command of written and spoken English (Upper Intermediate / Advanced) Bachelor Degree (Computer/Electrical/Electronics Engineering or an equivalent combination of education or related experience) At least 8 years of experience in medium/large organizations Experience with Citrix technologies, Citrix XenServer, CVAD (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 22.03 LTSR or later), Citrix NetScaler, StoreFront, Citrix Provisioning (PVS) and Machine Creation Services (MCS) Experience in configuring and managing complex Citrix environments containing NetScaler, Storefront, Firewalls, and other supporting Technologies Must have experience in deploying and managing large Citrix environments with over 2000 concurrent users Basic knowledge of network , Firewall troubleshoot experience.
