This role supports infrastructure automation, AI-driven optimization, and operational reliability to ensure secure, scalable, and innovative services for millions of customers. Assist in coordinating technical activities and contribute to automation and CI/CD improvements within the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain effective communication and deliver reliable solutions aligned with business needs. Analyze technical requirements and help develop cost-effective, resilient architectures to improve system performance and availability. Explore new technologies, including GenAI and Agentic AI, to enhance DevOps workflows and drive continuous improvement in processes and products. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related discipline 1+ years of experience in Operations, DevOps, or Infrastructure engineering Basic understanding of IT and FinTech infrastructure, technologies, and services Basic understanding of Generative AI (GenAI) concepts and tools Familiarity with Agentic AI principles and their application in automation workflows Familiarity with regulatory processes and compliance requirements (e.g., BRSA, Central Bank of Turkey) Knowledge of high availability concepts and zero-downtime deployment practices Understanding of Digital Finance services (e.g., Wallet, Payment Gateway, Credit Services) Experience with mobile application deployment, monitoring, and reporting Ability to measure and monitor capacity requirements Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD, test automation, and IT Service Management (Scrum, Kanban) Familiarity with cloud technologies and microservices architecture Basic experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms (OpenShift Exposure to version control and CI/CD tools (Git, Gitflow, Jenkins) Knowledge of scripting (Unix shell, Python) Understanding of web services (REST, SOAP), APIs, and data formats (JSON, XML) Awareness of security tools and best practices Good problem-solving skills with a systematic and analytical approach Strong communication and teamwork abilities Eagerness to learn, improve processes, and adapt to new technologies Good command of English (written and spoken) Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and performance analysis Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools (ELK, Zabbix) Exposure to messaging systems (Kafka) Basic understanding of middleware systems (WebLogic, Nginx) Awareness of automation and testing tools (unit, stress, automated testing) Knowledge of CRM, DWH, Big Data, BPM, or document services
