What we’re looking for:
o 5-10 years’ experience in Information Technology, 2-3+ years in an Architecture environment
o Should have achieved mastery in one of the SecDevops practices – IaC-Terraform, SONAR, Git-CI Cloud-AWS, CICD-Git/Argo, microservices architecture deployment (primarily Kubernetes) with awareness about site reliability engineering principles, coupled with a willingness to learn and expand the knowledge.
o Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
o Experience with source control and continuous integration tools
o Strong analytical and reasoning skills
o Good experience with cloud services (AWS), cloud engineering, architecture, and software as a service. Hands-on experience in AWS Services – IAM, VPC, EKS, CloudFront, APIGW
o Ability to work in fast paced teams with quick decision making
o Scripting experience with Bash/Shell, Python
o Experience in IaC - Terraform is a must have
o CI (preferably Gitlab CI) and CD (preferably Argo CD)
o Kubernetes debugging experience
What you’ll be doing:
o Perform as an individual contributor and colleague who enjoys collaborating with, learning from, and mentoring program team members on security disciplines to bolster overall security posture to lower the business risk profile.
o Solve complex problems around connected vehicle technology for mobility and telematics by troubleshoot issues and debug codebases
o Deployment, automation, management, and maintenance of AWS cloud-based production system.
o Adapt new technologies, tools, processes from the organization as needed
o Communicate well with team members and work collaboratively
o Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes
o Ensuring availability, performance, security, and scalability of AWS production systems.
o Management of creation, release, and configuration of production systems.
o System troubleshooting and problem resolution across various application domains and platforms.
o Review code and technical approaches for problem solving to ensure functional and non- functional requirements are met in an effective and high-quality manner.
o Provide guidance and mentor technical teams across multiple architecture styles and technologies to ensure high quality design/implementation, re-use of enterprise/common patterns, improve code quality and testability/maintainability by ensuring standard design practices and removing duplication of effort.
o Help ensure high quality software delivery by providing guidance on testing strategy, providing technical consultation to plan/design performance testing and profiling of application, and providing feedback/guidance for tuning performance and other non-functional elements.
o Define and communicate complex technical and operational solutions and translate complex topics into simple business language to drive the value alignment. Preparing technical solution and architecture documents, artifacts, work products and presentations.

o Partner with application teams as a trusted advisor to ensure compliance and adoption of organizational SecDevops standards, processes, and industry best-practices for developing and deploying microservices in public cloud environments.
o Perform as an accountable resource and take ownership on assigned projects and tasks for delivery with quality and in a timely manner using Agile/JIRA best practices.
o Partner with application teams as a trusted advisor to ensure compliance and adoption of organizational and regulatory standards, processes, and industry best-practices for developing and deploying microservices in public cloud environments.
o Guide the technical leads to create the component and process flow diagrams and assist the application support team for performance, scalability, reliability, and capacity planning.

o Cloud Platform Engineering team manages several tool stacks, if someone has expertise in more than one of the below, that’d be a great asset - AWS – ECS, EC2, S3, SNS, SQS, MKS, Batch, Lambda, Cognito, SG, RDS, Cert Manager, Route 53, ALB, Param Store, Config, etc.
