Description

abra is seeking for an DevOps Team Lead This role requires As part of the role, you will lead and train the DevOps team while remaining hands-on, take responsibility for production infrastructure in cloud and on-prem environments, design, operate, and scale Kubernetes-based platforms, own CI/CD pipelines and release processes, work closely with Embedded, Core, Full-Stack, QA, and Algorithm teams, write post-mortems, and more. This is a full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, based in Gedera. Previous management experience is a plus, but not mandatory. We are open to strong senior DevOps engineers with a leadership mindset who are interested in growing into a team lead role. Requirements MUST HAVE Strong experience working with Linux in a production environment – mandatory Expertise in Kubernetes – mandatory Significant experience with Docker and container platforms – mandatory Proven experience managing CI/CD processes, including GitHub Actions – mandatory Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) – mandatory Experience with GitOps using Flux and/or ArgoCD – mandatory
