Assignment Description: The assignment consists of leading and developing DevOps teams that develop components of the new digital infrastructure with a focus on APIs, microservices and API infrastructure. The assignment also includes lifecycle management of these components, as well as participating in the work of refining tools and working methods within the development teams and together with other teams within the group.We are looking for two (see two separate ads for application) DevOps Team Leaders who both have a technical background and can lead agile DevOps teams. They will be part of the development factory and the DevOps teams that focus on our proprietary products and services. Shaking requirements : As a person, we see that you are a good listener and have an easy time communicating with different types of personalities and roles in the organization. You should be able to interpret and understand user needs and break these down into technical requirements. You always look out for the best interests of the team and the mission, but also dare to pursue issues that require change. You stay up to date in your field and share your knowledge. The resource has at least 3 years of experience leading the daily work of an agile DevOps team. For example, by: Leading and facilitating agile rituals such as daily stand-ups, refinements, planning sessions, and retrospectives for an agile team Identifying and implementing improvements to rituals and working methods for an agile team The resource has at least 3 years of experience in business development, solution architecture and requirements breakdown from businesses/customers/customers to development-ready Epics and Stories in integrated IT landscapes. The resource has experience in IT architecture and a good understanding of the conceptual foundations on which a modular IT architecture and API-first are built. The resource has experience in technical architecture and a good understanding of an architecture that supports API-first and microservices. The resource has experience with API lifecycle management in WSO2 API Manager. The resource has at least one (1) year of experience in software development within the municipal sector. Additional experience from the public sector is an asset. Required requirements : It is an advantage if the resource has experience with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) and has used the tool Camunda or similar to, for example, create executable process models or executable workflows. It is an advantage if the resource has experience in the product owner role for a DevOps development team
