Responsibilities: Own and maintain multiple high-traffic, critical production environments. You will ensure availability while supporting a high code velocity, enabling engineers to deploy daily without friction. Manage various AWS environments across multiple accounts using Infrastructure as Code and optimize edge performance/security. Handle technical challenges like performance, scale, security, and provide root cause analysis for production incidents Architect and maintain the GitOps workflow using ArgoCD as the single source of truth for cluster state. Migrate and manage CI pipelines using GitHub Actions to support automated testing, linting, and security gates. Own and maintain the Base/Library Helm Charts, abstracting complexity for developers while enforcing security and compliance standards at the template level. Own team delivery across technical and project domains while fostering a collaborative, service-oriented culture through mentorship and effective management. Leverage AI solutions to accelerate deliverables and automate complex operational workflows, predict failures, automate root cause analysis, and optimize resource allocation. Collaborate with the R&D team leads and directors to optimize service performance, deployment, reliability, failover, and scale. Maintain awareness of best industry practices regarding CloudOps, fast deployment, security considerations, and monitoring tools Job Requirements: 3+ years of managerial experience as a DevOps/SRE/Platform engineering manager in a high-scale, high-traffic SaaS environment. 4+ years experience in AWS solutions (EC2, RDS, VPC, S3, Lambda, Cloudfront, IAM) Deep hands-on experience with K8s (EKS), specifically in writing and maintaining complex Helm Charts and managing registries Proven experience implementing GitOps flows (ArgoCD) and building advanced CI pipelines with GitHub Actions. Strong Linux background with an understanding of Windows/IIS legacy systems Hands-on experience with scripting languages (such as Bash/Python) and demonstrated ability to use AI coding assistants to speed up script generation and tooling development. Experience with managing and troubleshooting cloud and hybrid web environments Experience managing data stores (MySQL, Redis) and facilitating schema migration automation. Experience with Docker and container orchestration frameworks Advantage: Experience transitioning organizations from "Ops as a Service" to "Platform as a Product. Deep understanding of OpenSIPS and general Voice Bot architecture (SIP signaling, RTP handling, VoIP protocols) Experience managing traffic and security with Cloudflare (WAF, Workers, CDN) Experience with MYSQL, ELK, Redis, IIS, and Directory Services Experience with AIOps, Cloudformation, Terraform, NewRelic, SAST tools Knowledge of infrastructure as code and familiarity with DevOps cultural principles Requirements null
