What You’ll Do: · Lead and mentor a small team of DevOps engineers · Design and implement advanced CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows · Work primarily with AWS, and On-Prem environments · Architect and Design scalable, production-grade, secure, high-availability microservices architectures · Operate within complex multi-account AWS environments · Implement cloud security best practices across infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines · Work on strategic and mission-critical projects in both air-gaped and secured environments · Explore and integrate Agents, GenAI, and AI-driven infrastructure workflows General details: · Work mode: Hybrid (Customer sites, office, home) · Security clearance: Preferable in advance, or after recruitment · Ability to work independently and with customers Requirements Must Have: · 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience · Strong expertise with Docker & Kubernetes/OpenShift · AWS Solution Architect certification – mandatory · Deep experience designing AWS architectures · Experience working in multi-account AWS environments · Strong cloud security background - IAM, Secrets Management, encryption, segmentation, K8s security · Experience with GitOps methodologies · Familiarity with Agents and GenAI domains · Networking & system fundamentals · Experience building production environments from scratch Additional requirements: · Kubernetes hardening & container security · Service Mesh technologies such as Istio · Kafka, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk · Observability & SRE best practices · AI Infrastructure & LLMOps experience · Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
