This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 10000000 - Rs 13000000 (ie INR 100-130 LPA) Min Experience: 6 years Location: United States, Remote JobType: full-time As a DevOps leader, you will be responsible for building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, strengthening cloud infrastructure, and ensuring seamless collaboration between development and operations teams. You will play a key role in defining DevOps best practices, improving deployment velocity, enhancing system reliability, and reducing operational overhead through automation. This position requires a hands-on professional who thrives in high-ownership environments and enjoys solving infrastructure and scaling challenges. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable automated and reliable deployments Implement Infrastructure as Code using modern tools and frameworks Manage containerized environments using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and fault tolerance across systems Monitor system performance, reliability, and security using observability tools Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce risk Collaborate with development teams to streamline release cycles and improve deployment strategies Strengthen system security through best practices in access control, network security, and compliance Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis efforts Continuously improve DevOps processes, tools, and governance standards What Makes You a Great Fit 6+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure Proven experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation Solid experience with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar Experience implementing security best practices in cloud-native environments Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive ownership mindset
