Job Description Overview We are looking for a PMO – Cyber Costs & Program to support the governance, monitoring, and reporting of cybersecurity-related costs and strategic cyber programs across a complex, international organization. This role has a strong focus on financial oversight, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and program follow-up within a cybersecurity context. Job Description Monitor, follow up, and report on cybersecurity-related costs across multiple entities. Organize and structure the cyber cost collection process, including planning and timelines. Collect cybersecurity costs on a monthly basis, covering: Run and Change activities Current and forecasted costs Costs by cybersecurity domains/topics Support local and regional CISOs and their teams in understanding cost collection expectations and preparing accurate figures. Review, control, and challenge the quality and consistency of collected cost data. Perform comparative analysis between: Previous cost collections Different cybersecurity cost categories and topics Produce and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports, including: Consolidated and detailed cyber cost views Run vs Change costs Current vs forecasted costs Global, regional, and local organizational levels Regularly communicate and share reports with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are addressed. Identify cost deviations, anomalies, or inconsistencies and raise alerts when necessary. Contribute to impact analysis and support proactive decision-making to ensure cyber program objectives are met. Monitor and follow up on specific cybersecurity action plans deployed across regions and subsidiaries. Produce progress and status reports for cyber action plans using Power BI. Qualifications Strong experience in PMO, financial governance, or program management within IT or Cybersecurity environments. Proven expertise in cost monitoring, financial tracking, and reporting at program or portfolio level. Advanced knowledge of Power BI for dashboards, reporting, and data visualization. Experience working with multiple stakeholders across regions and organizational levels. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inconsistencies, risks, and deviations. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical, financial, and executive stakeholders. Ability to work autonomously in complex, international, and matrixed environments. Experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, or technology programs is a strong advantage.
