Job Description We are looking for a hands-on Cybersecurity Cloud Engineer to support and improve the security posture of our Microsoft Azure environments. This role is technical and practical, focused on cloud security fundamentals, identity, architecture and risk mitigation, in a context with a limited security tooling stack. We value critical thinking, problem-solving and the ability to build security by design, rather than dependence on multiple security products. Cloud Security Support the security of Azure cloud environments (IaaS and PaaS). Assess existing cloud architectures and identify technical security risks. Contribute to the design of secure cloud architectures (networking, isolation, access control). Work closely with Cloud, Infrastructure and DevOps teams. Identity & Access Management Support identity and access security in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Contribute to the implementation of: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Conditional Access Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and least privilege Review authentication events and access patterns. Security Monitoring & Incident Support Support the analysis of security incidents related to cloud and identity. Work with available logs and telemetry (cloud, identity, application). Collaborate with internal teams or external SOC partners. Help improve detection and visibility over time. Vulnerability Management & Hardening Identify vulnerabilities and misconfigurations in cloud workloads. Recommend and follow up on hardening actions. Support risk prioritization based on real technical impact. Automation & Security-by-Design Support basic security automation (scripts, policies, templates). Contribute to security-by-design practices in new cloud services. Promote secure configuration as part of day-to-day cloud operations. Qualifications Mandatory 2–5 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Cloud, or Infrastructure roles with a strong security focus. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure. Solid understanding of: Identity & Access Management Cloud security fundamentals Networking security concepts Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Comfortable working in environments with limited security tooling. Nice to Have Experience with: Scripting (PowerShell, Python) Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep) Containers (AKS, Container Apps) Knowledge of Zero Trust and DevSecOps principles.
