Job Description We are looking for a Technical Consultant with solid experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) to support the design, implementation, and operation of identity and access controls. The role focuses on strengthening security, ensuring compliance, and improving identity-related processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions and controls. Monitor IAM environments and ensure compliance with internal security policies and standards. Automate IAM-related processes to improve efficiency and reliability. Define, track, and report IAM metrics and KPIs. Contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM frameworks and architectures. Work closely with technical and security teams to ensure effective integration of IAM solutions. Qualifications Proven experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and identity lifecycle management. Strong understanding of IAM architectures, access governance, and security best practices. Advanced knowledge of SQL. Experience with metrics and KPI modeling and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau or similar). Programming or scripting experience in Python and/or Ruby. Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments. Experience with MySQL databases. Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and analytics platforms (Elastic Stack is a plus). Soft Skills Strong sense of responsibility and ownership. Proactive, autonomous, and results-driven profile. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Strong focus on quality and continuous improvement. Clear and professional communication skills.
