Oversee platform configuration, development, and optimization. Provide technical leadership across multiple squads. Work closely with Product owner to prioritise and maintain backlog. Evaluate and implement new design methods to reduce cyber risks. Provide technical expertise and decision making on strategies like Tooling cluster, patching & monitoring. Lead a team of Devsecops Engineers. Drive automation to improve maintainability and efficiency. Working with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats) Implementing Infrastructure-as-Code using tools like Terraform and Ansible Performing cybersecurity data analysis and mapping Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Hands-on experience with Elastic Stack, Kubernetes, Cloud (GCP preferred), CI/CD pipelines, Git, DevOps practices, automation tools, and Linux environment
