Information Technology & Services
You bring software to production securely, automatically, and cleanly. As a DevSecOps Engineer [m/f/d], you work directly with our clients' teams, build Kubernetes platforms, develop GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and firmly integrate security into the development process. You communicate clearly, work independently, and deliver solutions that function in real-world operations – not just on slides. And because good work should be visible, you also benefit from project success with us – through a fixed, guaranteed revenue share that directly reflects your impact.
Build & operate a platform
You design, operate, and improve Kubernetes-based platforms in client projects.
CI/CD with GitLab
You will develop and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines as a central delivery engine.
Containerization
You build and standardize Docker images for stable development and production setups.
Kubernetes Orchestration
You'll be responsible for deployments, scaling, networking, ingress, and storage.
DevSecOps lives
You integrate security throughout the entire software lifecycle – automatically and sustainably.
Automate security
You integrate SAST, DAST, dependency and image scans, as well as policies.
Infrastructure as Code
You rely on reproducible, versioned infrastructure and platform definitions.
Monitoring & Observability
You ensure transparency through meaningful monitoring, logging, and alerting.
advising customers
You advise our customers on platform architectures, automation, and security best practices.
Teams enable
You work closely with development and security teams and share your knowledge.
Deliver independently
You plan, prioritize, and implement your tasks independently within the project context.
if ( job.isCool() && you.isCool() ) { you.makeTheMove(); }
Kubernetes expertise
You have extensive experience in the design, operation, and security of Kubernetes clusters.
GitLab DNA
GitLab CI/CD, Runners, Templates and rights concepts are your daily business.
Docker & Container Expertise
You know how to build clean, safe, and efficient containers.
DevSecOps mindset
Security is an integral part for you – not the last stage in the pipeline.
CI/CD Automation
You build stable, maintainable and scalable delivery pipelines.
Infrastructure as Code
You work with declarative, versioned setups instead of manual click sequences.
Security understanding
You are familiar with scanning tools, secret management, and security policies.
Monitoring & Logging
You also keep an eye on distributed systems and know where the problems are.
Platform & Cloud Understanding
You have a holistic understanding of modern cloud and platform architectures.
Strong communication
You explain complex topics clearly, directly and on an equal footing.
Consulting strength
You can represent and clearly justify technical decisions.
Independence & Ownership
You take responsibility and proactively advance topics.
Analytical thinking
You break down complex systems and find pragmatic solutions.
