About the Role We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to join the security team. This role sits at the intersection of development, infrastructure, and information security. The ideal candidate is not just someone who installs scanners, but an engineer who builds automation, integrates security into pipelines, writes code, and takes ownership without waiting for task assignments. 3+ years of experience in DevSecOps / SecOps / Security Engineering Strong hands-on experience with Terraform Solid scripting skills (Bash / Python / Go) Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab or similar) Deep understanding of IAM, SSO, OAuth2, and access control management Practical experience implementing SAST/DAST/SCA and other security scanners Proactive, technically strong, independent specialist ready to take ownership Nice to Have Experience implementing DLP, MDM, or SIEM solutions Knowledge of Kubernetes Security (RBAC, ABAC, NetworkPolicy, OPA, etc.) Experience participating in or preparing for penetration testing Experience collaborating closely with development and infrastructure teams Responsibilities Integrate security tools into CI/CD pipelines (SAST, DAST, secrets scanning, SBOM, etc.) Automate processes using scripts, Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, etc.) Manage and configure access control systems (IAM, RBAC, MFA, SSO, secret rotation) Contribute to building secure development processes (Shift Left, Secure Coding practices) Integrate LLM solutions with existing systems via API and MCP Configure monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident detection Implement and maintain DLP and MDM solutions Participate in security audits and remediation of vulnerabilities A chance to join a company with a strong brand and long-established reputation in the global iGaming industry Continuous talent development and accelerated career growth opportunities Flexible working hours (start at 8:00, 9:00, or 10:00) 20 days of paid vacation + Family Days English and Czech language courses fully covered by the company Access to a confidential mental health support program (professional psychologists) Stable income and long-term cooperation
