Key Responsibilities: Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture. Lead customer engagement with EPCMs and End Users, acting as the primary liaison to build trust and long-term partnerships Develop and present tailored solutions by innovating, pitching, and negotiating dewatering and packaged offerings that meet client needs. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Projects, Engineering, Operations, and Purchasing to ensure project success and customer satisfaction. Manage project lifecycle activities including tender preparation, strategy execution, vendor coordination, and CRM reporting. Drive business performance by achieving KPIs, improving operational efficiency, and contributing to strategic planning and marketing initiatives. Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Engineering or relevant trade experience Knowledge of dewatering equipment highly desirable Experience in sales and utilising CRM - Salesforce Well-developed written and verbal communication skills Ability to travel to customer sites Applications will close 28 November 2025 Founded in 1871, Weir is a world leading engineering business with a purpose to make mining operations smarter, more efficient and sustainable.
