Position Summary
Brown’s Auto Supply is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Delivery Associate to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the accurate and timely delivery of automotive paints, materials, and equipment to customers across Ontario. While on-site, you’ll also help maintain our customers’ monitored inventory cabinets by performing spot checks and full audits, ensuring accuracy and consistent supply. Your efforts will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the efficiency of our logistics and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities

Order Preparation & Delivery

  • Accurately pick, pack, and load customer orders.
  • Deliver products safely, on time, and in excellent condition.
  • Verify orders before departure to ensure accuracy.

Customer Service & Inventory Support

  • Provide courteous, professional service during deliveries.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm deliveries and resolve concerns.
  • Represent Brown’s Auto Supply with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Monitor and audit customer inventory using remote software.
  • Keep customer inventory cabinets clean and organized.

Vehicle Operation & Safety

  • Operate company vehicles safely and follow all traffic and safety regulations.
  • Handle hazardous materials in compliance with safety guidelines.
  • Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness.

Warehouse Support

  • Assist with loading/unloading and organizing inventory.
  • Support warehouse operations as needed.
  • Help troubleshoot delivery or inventory issues.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate delivery records and proof of delivery.
  • Report delays, vehicle issues, or customer feedback promptly.
  • Notify management of inventory shortages or delivery challenges.

Qualifications

  • Valid G-class driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Ontario road safety and hazardous materials handling.

Preferred:
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
