Description Job Type: Full Time Employment Type: Non-Exempt Reports to: Corporate Admin Manager Job Summary The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across the organization, with added responsibility for Human Resources and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. This role serves as a key point of coordination for office operations, employee administration, and billing support, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth daily workflows. Requirements Job Responsibilities Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding process Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and payroll Coordinate benefits enrollment Coordinate performance reviews Assist with recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, offers, Checkr) Accounts receivable full cycle experience, including collections. Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and concepts (general ledger, classification of accounts, journal entries) Input new invoices and payments as received Perform month end billing reconciliation Tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager Job Skills & Requirements A minimum of two years of administrative experience with exposure to HR and AR functions Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in administration preferred Paylocity experience preferred QuickBooks experience preferred Skilled in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) A high level of confidentiality and integrity Dependable, punctual, helpful, detail-oriented Outstanding communication skills and proper etiquette (written, phone, in-person) Excellent organizational and time management skills Must pass an MVR, Background Check and Drug Test Benefits Medical insurance (United Healthcare) Dental, Vision, Cancer, Accident, Hospital (Guardian) 401K Match (Principal) PTO accrual since (start accruing since your 1st workday) 7 Paid Holidays Opportunities for professional development, training, and growth.
