Greenvolt Next Holding is looking for a Distributed Generation (DG) Revenue Officer Director who will be responsible for leading revenue growth, driving sales excellence, and shaping the commercial strategy across all DG companies. This role will ensure the scalability and consistency of DG commercial operations throughout all DG business, overseeing the entire customer lifecycle and aligning key functions—including sales, marketing, and customer success. The position plays a critical role in fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture that supports the company’s growth objectives and strategic vision. Matrix reporting with all sales directors of all GD BU’s. You will be responsible for the following tasks: Develop and execute regional and global strategies to maximize revenue across all business channels In collaboration with the local sales director and GM of all Bu’S Drive strategic selling initiatives and leverage Greenvolt´s unique value proposition to outperform competitors. Deliver growth targets and profitability goals in line with the company’s vision and long-term business plans. Implement sales excellence frameworks and best practices across all BUs. Lead accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking using of the CRM and other tools. Ensure disciplined execution, productivity, and high-quality standards across sales operations. Promote collaboration between BUs, aligning sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Work closely with the Finance teams to drive business development and strategic partnerships. Establish strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders at the C-level in full collaboration of the KAM team. Represent GVN in strategic forums, government bodies, and professional associations to strengthen market presence. Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, audit requirements, and legal standards. Adhere to the Delegation of Authority (DOA) policy on bids and proposals. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business; MBA or equivalent is a plus. Minimum of 20 years’ experience experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in revenue management, financial planning, and commercial operations. Demonstrated success in European markets, ideally within the renewable energy industry (PV preferred). Proven ability to thrive in a matrixed, multicultural environment. Strategic Leadership: Sets clear direction, inspires teams, and drives performance across diverse markets. Customer Focus: Builds and maintains strong relationships with a deep understanding of customer needs. Operational Excellence: Leverages tools (CRM, BPI, etc.) to streamline processes and improve efficiency. People Development: Attracts, develops, and retains talent while promoting a high-performance culture. Personal Integrity: Operates with transparency, ethics, and integrity at all levels.
