Description
The Lead - HR Shared Services will play a strategic role in strengthening the organization’s Total Rewards, HR Digitization, and transformation agenda. The position partners closely with business and HR leadership to design and implement modern, data-driven, and scalable HR solutions that enhance efficiency, governance, and employee experience. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage Total Rewards strategy, including compensation structures, incentive frameworks, benchmarking, and pay governance. * Design, review, and implement compensation and rewards policies aligned with market trends and organizational strategy. * Drive HR digitization and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience. * Leverage HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting to enable informed decision-making by leadership. * Lead implementation and optimization of HR technology platforms, including automation and AI-enabled solutions. * Identify opportunities to reduce cycle time and manual effort through process re-engineering and system-led solutions. * Partner with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders on organization-wide HR transformation initiatives. * Ensure compliance with internal governance standards, statutory requirements, and Tata Group policies. * Provide thought leadership and guidance to HR teams on rewards, digitization, and process excellence. Qualifications & Experience * Postgraduate degree in Human Resources / Business Management or equivalent. * Strong experience in Total Rewards, HR systems, HR analytics, and HR transformation initiatives. * Proven ability to lead and deliver complex, cross-functional HR projects. * Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. * Experience in large or matrixed organizations preferred.
