Description
3+ years' experience in HR transformation, organisational change, or business transformation within a global, matrixed environment. Proven track record of leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives with measurable impact. Strong understanding of HR operating models, future of work trends, and emerging technologies including GenAI and automation. Demonstrated experience in designing and tracking KPIs, success measures, and delivery outcomes against strategic targets, external trends / benchmarks. Familiarity with business case development and financial tracking, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI for transformation initiatives. Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to engage, align, and inspire diverse stakeholder groups across functions and geographies. Experience working in fast-paced, multicultural environments with high levels of ambiguity and change. Proven ability to shape and deliver change and communications strategies, partnering with internal comms teams to develop messaging, engagement plans, and content that drives awareness, alignment, and adoption across HR and business audiences.
