We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that the store meets its sales and operational goals. REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles with strong supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff.
• Strong negotiation skills for vendor interactions and conflict resolution.
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Proficient in inventory control systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately with strong cash handling skills.
• Familiarity with merchandising techniques and retail sales strategies.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities.
