Affordable staff housing is available on site and includes laundry, internet, shuttle service.  Join our team and find out why thousands of people visit Deerhurst every year.  Apply to Deerhurst today, Muskoka’s preferred place to work and play.   Position Summary:  The Human Resources Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the HR Director & HR Generalist with the execution of HR operational administration activities such as employee record keeping and data entry, preparing onboarding documentation, time and attendance process and general engagement activities and initiatives to maintain a positive and engaging workplace environment with Deerhurst Resort.   Duties & Responsibilities: * Oversee entire onboarding process administratively including all internal documentation, preparation of offer letters, administering and validating all onboarding is completed, and accurate filing of all pre-employment documentation  * Administer the onboarding e-Learning training, tracking completions and following up on any items outstanding with employees  * Using the HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) to ensure that all employee record keeping and documentation is completed, accurate and up to date * Use HRIS to build and run custom reporting for HR and leadership * Responsible for the coordination of all onboarding and offboarding logistics  * Assisting the HR Generalist with staff housing records, agreements, key training and staff housing requirements * Assist with engagement initiatives including logistics and communications * Oversee the internal communication programs and practices administered by Human Resources * Maintain all recording keeping for employee injury and accidents  * Coordinate, track and communicate logistics on all internal HR training programs   Qualifications: * Degree or diploma in Human Resources, or currently pursuing * Minimum of 2 years of HR related experience * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Understanding of HR software (ADP or similar HRIS software), Microsoft Office Suite and Google suite * Knowledge and familiarity of labour laws * Previous staff housing and accommodation experience an asset * Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks on the go    Our Commitments to You: * Supportive Experience - Our goal is to provide our guests with an exceptional experience and we are just as committed to ensuring that your experience is equally exceptional.
