Description:

Ontime Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled DHA Nursing Assistant for our homecare division, Doctor On Time. In this critical role, you will provide essential support to patients in the comfort of their homes, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their overall well-being. We are committed to delivering high-quality healthcare services tailored to meet the needs of our patients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Nursing Assistant
  • 6 days a week - 12hrs a day
  • Experience working as a Nursing Assistant, preferably in homecare settings
  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in Nursing preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
  • Organized with attention to detail
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying patient needs and schedules
  • Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Willingness to travel to patients’ homes

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and overall health status
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families
  • Help with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety
  • Support nurses in carrying out care plans and treatment protocols
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the home environment
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to ensure coordinated care
  • Document patient care activities accurately in medical records
