Aims Healthcare is a leading and premium “Doctor on Call” service provider of Dubai.
We are hiring DHA Registered Nurses for our “Doctor on Call” services (not home care). We are looking for Registered Nurses to join our nursing team in providing excellent care to our patients with doctors at the patient’s place. Your duty of caring for the patients include tasks like creating and maintaining accurate patient records, administering medication and monitoring for side effects, recording vital signs, and reporting symptoms and changes in patient conditions.

· Assisting doctors with physical examinations and care plans.
· Performing an initial assessment of a patient’s condition.
· Implement physicians’ orders, administer medications, perform treatments, procedures and special tests, and document treatment as required.
· Collect patient health history.
· Develop nurturing relationships with patient.
· Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records
· Counsel and educate patients and their families on treatment plans.
· Monitoring and administering medication and intravenous infusions.
· Organizing workloads & Writing records
· Counsel and educate patients and their families on treatment plans.
· Ability to act swiftly in emergencies and work efficiently.
· Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures and regulations.
· Acts as Case Manager when assigned by Clinical Supervisor and assumes responsibility to coordinate patient care for assigned caseload.
· Protects organization’s value by keeping patient information confidential.
