Oversee daily operations of the Occupational Health and Ambulance Services divisions.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize service delivery.
Ensure smooth coordination between occupational health clinics, mobile medical units, and emergency response teams.
2. Occupational Health & Safety Services
Supervise workplace health programs, employee medical screenings, and wellness initiatives.
Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations and workplace safety standards.
Collaborate with corporate clients to tailor occupational health services to their industry needs.
3. Ambulance & Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
Manage ambulance fleet operations, ensuring timely emergency response and patient transport.
Oversee staffing, training, and performance of paramedics, EMTs, and ambulance drivers.
Implement protocols for emergency preparedness and disaster response.
4. Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to local healthcare regulations (e.g., DHA, MOH, HAAD) and international safety standards.
Monitor KPIs for both divisions, addressing any gaps in service quality and efficiency.
Conduct audits and risk assessments to enhance patient and employee safety.
5. Financial & Resource Management
Develop budgets and manage financial performance for both divisions.
Oversee procurement and maintenance of medical equipment, ambulances, and occupational health facilities.
Optimize resource allocation to maximize service efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
6. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration
Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team, including occupational health professionals, paramedics, and administrative staff.
Work closely with corporate clients, hospitals, and government health authorities to strengthen partnerships.
Provide training and development programs to enhance team competencies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Emergency Medical Services, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Strong knowledge of occupational health regulations, ambulance operations, and healthcare compliance.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and coordinate emergency response teams.
