ACG is seeking up to five (5) skilled and adaptable candidates to fill the Clinical Functional Analyst role supporting the Department of Defense (DoD) Healthcare Management System Modernization (DHMSM) program, providing the modernization of Electronic Health Record (EHR) capabilities for the Department of Defense. ACG, a member of the Leidos Partnership for Defense Health (LPDH), will support the DHMSM Program Executive Office (PEO) and the Defense Health Agency in the global deployment of our EHR system that will deliver improved system capability to the DoD whenever and wherever healthcare is required. This is one of the most exciting, cutting-edge programs that you can be a part of with the LPDH and will improve the quality of healthcare for some 10 million military personnel and their families.
The Functional Analyst will join the End User Engagement Team responsible for the clinical and business operations workflow design, optimization and adoption of the electronic health record, MHS
GENESIS. Your efforts will support the Clinical Waves optimization and sustainment of MHS GENESIS to support a clinically driven revenue cycle program that further supports clinical and business office quality and user efficiency.
Job ID 2024-289. Pay $78,000/yr. Position is telework with the potential for approximately 10% anticipated travel. Full time / benefits apply.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • BS degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain an ADP2/IT2 Public Trust Clearance based on a minimim Tier 3 investigation. Federal Government requirement.
  • Clinical background (medical settings, preferably hospital)
  • Previous federal government experience (direct, military or as contractor)
  • Previous experience with Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
  • Works effectively in an independent, virtual environment

Responsibilities

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support key customer events including meeting setup, facilitation and content review
  • Set up and monitor asynchronous workflow reviews and/or approvals.
  • Support the organization and management of workflows
  • Maintain content in Orange Vector
  • Manage the process from workflow setup to facilitation to finalization of workflows
  • Manage Feedback forms (create forms, load to Government Teams; monitor completion; provide completed forms to SMEs).
  • Attend Review & Approval meetings and take notes.
  • Track review and approval status.
  • With SME input, manage weekly workflow allocation and delayed workflows.
  • Assist the Program teams to meet all technical, financial, contractual and performance requirements to bring about the successful completion of program goals and objectives.
  • Support planning sessions with optimization leaders to ensure appropriate representation of clinical and revenue cycle team members.
