Set in the serene Gaafu Dhaalu Atoll, this exclusive retreat features more than 120 villas on a secluded island Job Description The boat captain's primary responsibility is to administer the day-to-day operations needs of boat by safely and proficiently driving the boats and tending to their maintenance. Duties include seeing to the safety and comfort of guests during their journey, supervising crew members, ensuring all equipment on-board are in perfect working condition and the boat is well-maintained and clean. Qualifications Must possess a valid Niyami Certificate Level 1. Maldivian nationals are preferred. Prior resort experience is an advantage, though not mandatory. Should have strong communication skills. Must demonstrate a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities
