DHS CBP PPMSS Contract Site Lead Application Deadline: 30 March 2026 Department: Federal Services Employment Type: Full Time Location: Washington, DC Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 / year Description • Experience providing PMO or contract administration support. • SharePoint administration or workflow support experience. • Experience with DHS/CBP program environments. Responsibilities: Acts as on-site point of contact for contract coordination across regional offices, ensuring alignment between contractor staff and government stakeholders. • Serve as contract POC for regional offices. • Ensure deliverables are tracked and submitted on time. • Support onboarding, staffing, and contract administration tasks. • Maintain communication with Contract Project Manager and COR. • Manage task tracking and risk escalation processes. • 5+ years of professional experience. • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Ability to support distributed teams across multiple regions. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: Leads communication strategy, outreach, and materials production to support PMO programs. • Develop communication strategies and outreach plans. • Manage PMO SharePoint homepage content and internal communications. • Draft speeches, talking points, articles, briefings, and public affairs materials. • Support stakeholder relations with OPA, OCA, OCC, and external agencies. • Plan and execute major public events such as groundbreakings and ceremonies. • Bachelor’s degree. • Experience in communications, public affairs, or journalism. • Strong writing and editorial skills. Responsibilities
