DHS CBP PPMSS Master Scheduler Application Deadline: 30 March 2026 Department: Federal Services Employment Type: Full Time Location: Washington, DC Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 / year Description • PMP or PMI-SP certification. • Experience with USACE schedule standards and DCMA assessments. • Schedule risk analysis experience. Responsibilities: Responsible for integrated schedule development, maintenance, and reporting using Primavera and MS Project. • Review, evaluate, and update project schedules for logic and compliance. • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules across all PMO projects. • Produce monthly performance and variance reports. • Update project schedules monthly and assess milestone progress. • Coordinate with PMs and analysts to ensure accuracy of schedule data. Responsibilities
The role is responsible for the integrated schedule development, maintenance, and reporting utilizing Primavera and MS Project across all PMO projects. This includes reviewing schedules for logic and compliance, developing integrated master schedules, and producing monthly performance and variance reports.
