Requirements What We’re Looking For: 5+ years Experienced A-Level Diagnostic Technician with ALL 8 ASE certifications Preferred: What You’ll Do: Diagnose and repair advanced electrical and engine performance issues Diagnose fuel, ignition, and drivability systems Diagnose and repair 4WD / AWD drivetrain systems Perform advanced steering, suspension, and brake system repairs Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and provide accurate recommendations Mentor and support less experienced technicians Maintain a clean and professional work environment Additional Qualities: Strong diagnostic ability Pride in quality workmanship Team-first mindset Willingness to mentor other technicians Technicians are expected to: Maintain 90%+ labor productivity Serve as technical leaders within the shop

Responsibilities

The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, including advanced electrical, engine performance, fuel, ignition, drivability, 4WD/AWD drivetrain, steering, suspension, and brake systems. They must also perform advanced HVAC diagnostics, complete Digital Vehicle Inspections, and mentor less experienced team members.
