REQUIREMENTS:

• NITEC/Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years’ experience in diagnostics, repair, or maintenance.
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools and safety standards.
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Utilize of advanced diagnostic tools, equipment, and data analysis to identify root causes of complex engine/system malfunctions.
• Supervise and support the execution of repairs and preventive maintenance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Oversee thorough inspections, performance testing, and quality control checks on mechanical, electrical, and software-driven systems.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to mechanics on diagnostic procedures, use of tools, and best practices.
• Communicate diagnostic findings, repair strategies, and cost estimates clearly to technicians, management, or other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate reporting of diagnostic findings, repairs, test results, and maintenance records.
• Contribute to the improvement of diagnostic tools, testing procedures, and workflow optimization.
• Work closely with design, software, and maintenance teams to enhance system reliability
