Diagnostic / Master Technician - Yeomans Peugeot Worthing
Are you an accredited Diagnostic or Master Technician with a passion for problem-solving? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our dynamic workshop team at Yeomans Peugeot in Worthing.

You’ll be a key player in our aftersales department, tackling complex vehicle issues and ensuring every customer who visits our Peugeot dealership feels confident and cared for.
The Role
Diagnose complex systems and perform routine service and repairs across our vehicle range.
Ensure every repair is a quality, first-time fix to provide an outstanding customer experience.
Provide guidance, coaching, and technical assistance to your colleagues.
Communicate with customers to understand their issues and provide clear resolutions.
Develop your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with all the latest vehicle technologies.
Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight any issues and opportunities.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled technician who is passionate about their work and committed to quality.
You must be a Level 3 qualified vehicle technician.
You have excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
You are a great communicator, able to explain technical information clearly to customers and colleagues.
You have strong organizational skills and can manage your time effectively.
