Description

Key Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics on complex electronic and mechanical systems, including customer consultations when required Ensure accurate identification and resolution of vehicle complaints, providing detailed quotes and technical feedback to Service Advisors Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections using VDS testers and fault-finding tools Review vehicle history and technical records to support accurate diagnosis and repair Coordinate with Parts Advisor, Team Leader, and Workshop Controller to source required parts Stay updated with factory technical bulletins and MG system updates Identify and address all pending technical and warranty campaigns Differentiate between operational issues, system behaviors, and actual faults Diagnose and resolve issues related to networking, communication, and distributed systems Maintain inventory of specialized diagnostic tools Ensure compliance with warranty procedures and guidelines Prepare technical reports and highlight quality concerns on new vehicles Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Adhere strictly to health & safety regulations and company SOPs Support Master Technician and Service Manager as required Qualifications & Experience Education: High Diploma in Mechanics or Automotive Engineering / Mechatronics Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a similar diagnostic or senior technician role Certification: Certified Master Technician is mandatory License: Valid driving license is advantage Technical Expertise: Strong experience in automotive diagnostics, electronics, and fault-finding systems Language: Good command of English is required Computer Skills: Proficient in basic computer applications and diagnostic systems Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail Why Join Us?
