Through cutting-edge molecular diagnostics platforms, high-performance assays and integrated workflows, Hologic enables healthcare providers to offer more reliable, efficient and clinically impactful testing.   We’re hiring a Regional Business Unit Manager for Benelux, a key link between the General Manager and the Diagnostics team. In this role, you’ll drive commercial growth and market share across the Benelux region, own and execute strategic plans for sustainable, profitable business unit growth, coach and develop your team to lift overall performance, ensure outstanding customer relationships, service and support, and act as a strong ambassador for the Hologic brand, including managing distributor relationships where relevant.   What to expect: * A pivotal leadership role between the General Manager and the Benelux Diagnostics team, helping to build a stronger, scalable leadership layer. * Full ownership of the Benelux Business Unit, including revenue, margin and full P&L responsibility. * Accountability for developing and executing short-, medium- and long-term strategic business plans to drive sustainable, profitable growth and market share. * Partner with the General Manager to shape business unit strategy and lead annual planning for the Benelux Diagnostics BU. * Prepare robust, data-driven business cases to support investment decisions, headcount proposals and key market initiatives. * Day-to-day leadership of sales execution, ensuring exceptional sales discipline, CRM accuracy, robust pipeline management and strong tender/negotiation outcomes. * Hands-on coaching and development of your team, including creating and tracking individual development plans to lift capability and performance. * Direct management of key customers and stakeholders, including high-stakes escalations and, where relevant, oversight of indirect distribution partners.   What we expect:  * Proven commercial leadership experience with clear results in sales growth, revenue, margin improvement, market share gains and P&L management. * Strong medical device sales background, ideally within in-vitro diagnostics, with a solid understanding of the hospital and laboratory environment. * Ideally, experience managing all countries in the Benelux region, with deep knowledge of local markets, healthcare systems, governments, regulations, reimbursement pathways and tender processes. * Strong track record of leading and developing sales teams, including building and executing individual development plans and driving a high-performance culture. * Advanced sales and negotiation skills, particularly in complex deals, tenders and key account management environments. * Data-driven, analytical approach, comfortable using metrics, pipeline data and market insights to shape sales strategy and corrective actions. * Ability to partner effectively with senior leadership, contributing meaningfully to strategy, annual planning and cross-functional decision-making. * High emotional intelligence and self-awareness, with sound judgment in complex business and people situations, and excellent communication and influencing skills, with a strong customer focus and the ability to act as a credible, positive ambassador for the Hologic brand across the Benelux market.   So why join Hologic? * A clear, mission-driven purpose focused on improving women’s health and enabling earlier, more accurate diagnosis. * Market-leading diagnostic technologies and a strong pipeline that give you real competitive advantage in front of customers. * A culture that invests in people development, offering learning, mentorship and room to grow your career internationally. #LI-AB1 #LI-Remote
