THE ROLE

We are seeking a passionate and experienced DBT Group Therapist to deliver community-based Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) group sessions. These face-to-face sessions will be held in local community halls across Brisbane and designed to support participants.
This is a casual position with flexible hours, offering an opportunity to deliver meaningful group-based DBT sessions within the community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate structured DBT skills group sessions in line with evidence-based best practice
• Conduct initial group intake screenings and participant suitability assessments
• Collaborate with our internal team (Support Coordinators, Recovery Coaches, etc.) to ensure cohesive support
• Maintain accurate and professional clinical documentation in accordance with NDIS and organisational standards
• Participate in reflective supervision and contribute to continuous program development
