- After training is complete and you feel comfortable in the role, this PCT position may float to our other outpatient clinics in the greater Akron, Ohio area, as needed
- Schedule: MWF 4:30a-8p, TTHS 4:30a-2p (10 – 12 hour shifts)
- Shift differential for travel, paid mileage
- Compensation increases as you complete different levels of training and take on more responsibility!
- We are looking for someone reliable (attendance/punctuality is crucial), prefer some health care experience and/or starting their career in health care, a passion for helping chronically ill patients, comfortable with very early start time and long shifts on your feet, manages challenging and stressful work environments with confidence, ready and willing to work with a team and learn a very rewarding skillset to assist our patients with prolonging their lives and living them to the fullest.
REQUIREMENTS
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
- You might also have experience in the following that can be helpful but not required
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN)
- Employment at DaVita is contingent upon successfully passing a drug screen and a background check
