We are looking for a highly organised and driven Diary Manager with a strong background in telecoms sales to manage and optimise the daily schedules of our field sales consultants. This role is crucial to our sales operation, ensuring appointments are confirmed, diaries are efficiently managed, and past opportunities are re-engaged through proactive CRM management.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven track record in telecoms sales – ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to manage pipelines and client interactions.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple calendars and priorities.
  • Clear and confident communicator with a strong telephone manner.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and resolve scheduling conflicts quickly.
    Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high standard of work.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: From £30,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Appointment Confirmation: Make daily outbound confirmation calls to pre-booked B2B appointments, ensuring all meeting details are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Diary Management: Coordinate and structure the calendars of our field sales consultants to maximise productivity and minimise travel time.
  • CRM Follow-Up: Use our CRM system to identify, contact, and attempt to win back previous lost opportunities and dormant leads.
  • Communication: Act as the main liaison between the internal sales team and external clients for scheduling and follow-up.
  • Reporting: Track and report appointment attendance, cancellations, and rescheduling metrics, offering insights to improve efficiency.
  • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure seamless alignment between lead generation and field execution.
