We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

The Position

• Deliver exceptional service and high-quality meals to staff, residents, and guests.
• Maintain a high standard of food safety and hygiene protocols whilst maintaining clean & organized workspaces at all times.
• Prepare and cook diverse dishes whilst considering dietary requirements and guest preferences.
• Collaborate with a supportive kitchen team in a structured and professional environment.
• Adapt to different environments and kitchens while consistently delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

The Person

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate.
• Experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in remote site kitchens.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and culinary techniques.
• High-volume catering, including bulk catering and function/banquet experience.
• Australian Drivers License will be required.
