About the Opportunity Guest Services Assistants are the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in delivering a welcoming, professional village experience. Opportunities across the Bowen Basin may include: * Manning village reception and welcoming guests * Processing bookings and allocating accommodation * Conducting guest check‑ins and check‑outs * Responding to guest enquiries in a timely and professional manner * Preparing reports and completing general administration tasks * Processing retail transactions, including cash and EFTPOS   Roles are full‑time and permanent, operating on a 14 days on / 7 days off roster, with flexibility required to meet operational needs. Village allocation and start dates will be confirmed as opportunities become available.
