About the Role: The Die Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of manufacturing dies used in production processes. Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Proven experience in die maintenance, tool and die repair, or a related manufacturing maintenance role. * Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. * Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. * Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and follow established safety procedures. Preferred Qualifications: * Technical certification or vocational training in tool and die making or industrial maintenance. * Experience with CNC machinery and programming related to die maintenance. * Familiarity with welding, brazing, and metal fabrication techniques. * Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
