Description

Responsible for eh set up and maintenance of hydraulic presses used for the powered metal parts pressing operations. Must use proper tools and make all necessary adjustments Assure that the proper tools and dies are placed into the press Perform inspection Periodic duties include loading the furnace, unloading the furnace, maintaining and monitoring belt speed, temperature and dew point Vibe Duties include loading vibe, unloading vibe, inspecting parts for flash and finish, drying parts, dipping parts in protective finish Housekeeping such as sweeping, changing lubricants. Some forklift 6am-4:30

Responsibilities

The Die Setter/Press Operator is responsible for the setup and maintenance of hydraulic presses for powered metal parts pressing operations. Duties include performing inspections, loading and unloading the furnace, and ensuring proper tool and die placement.
