YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Proven experience in die shop management within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of die manufacturing processes, materials, and maintenance techniques.
• Proficiency in using CAD software and other relevant tools.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
