Part of our Food & Beverage team, you play a key role in creating special moments and memorable experiences. In this highly visible role, every interaction allows you to leave a lasting impression and help turn a guest’s stay into a memory they’ll treasure. Job Responsibilities: Deliver food, beverages, and amenities to guest rooms promptly, accurately, and in a professional manner. Greet guests warmly, confirm orders, and respond to any additional requests with courtesy and efficiency. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, supervisors, and fellow team members. Provide knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods, to assist guests with selections. Uphold all hotel policies and procedures, including grooming standards, food safety, and sanitation guidelines. Anticipate guest needs, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction. Requirements Previous food & beverage or hospitality experience preferred, but not required. Excellent guest service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must be able to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience taking care of guests in a fast-paced environment.
