Description

Hours will be: Monday - Friday from 9am to 5:30pm Starting rate of pay will be: $30 - $40/hour *depending on related experience* Description: The Service Advisor acts as a liaison between the Transportation Team and Fleet Repair Technicians. Essential Duties: * Fields calls for service, breakdowns, and schedules preventative maintenance appointments * Greets drivers upon arrival to the Fleet service center * Accepts vehicles for repairs * Notes damage or other driver concerns * Provides estimated repair time to Fleet Maintenance Manager * Update daily out of service reports * Assigns vehicles to appropriate/available technicians * Builds repair orders in TMW/TTP * Maintain established parts inventory * Order parts and complete cycle counts as needed * Regular and reliable attendance. * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED * 2+ years of related experience * Customer service skills * Oral and written communication skills * Ability to handle complex issues and problems * Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which are subject to evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel when needed Corporate Summary: At Shamrock Foods Company, people come first – our associates, our customers, and the families we serve across the nation.
