Description
Hours will be: Monday - Friday from 9am to 5:30pm Starting rate of pay will be: $30 - $40/hour *depending on related experience* Description: The Service Advisor acts as a liaison between the Transportation Team and Fleet Repair Technicians. Essential Duties: Fields calls for service, breakdowns, and schedules preventative maintenance appointments Greets drivers upon arrival to the Fleet service center Accepts vehicles for repairs Notes damage or other driver concerns Provides estimated repair time to Fleet Maintenance Manager Update daily out of service reports Assigns vehicles to appropriate/available technicians Builds repair orders in TMW/TTP Maintain established parts inventory Order parts and complete cycle counts as needed Regular and reliable attendance. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or GED 2+ years of related experience Customer service skills Oral and written communication skills Ability to handle complex issues and problems Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which are subject to evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel when needed Corporate Summary: At Shamrock Foods Company, people come first – our associates, our customers, and the families we serve across the nation.
