JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee our maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Heavy Duty Equipment Maintenance management, with proven leadership skills. This role requires expertise in managing Technician teams, ensuring the functionality of fleet equipment, and implementing effective maintenance strategies. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency while managing various projects within the manufacturing environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in management roles within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Hydraulic systems, electrical systems (high voltage/low voltage), and Diesel maintenance practices.
  • Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and CMMS software.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of supervising teams effectively.
  • Proficient in English with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Experience in project management related to facilities or maintenance operations is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders, inventory, and equipment performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing repair or improvement.
  • Manage projects related to facility upgrades, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Train and mentor staff on best practices in mechanical knowledge, schematics interpretation, and safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
